He acts as "master of ceremony" and is controlled by the pupil's keyword searches on the Internet. He selects keyword randomly out of what's being searched for on the web and finds related texts based on his built-in database, which consists of quotations, poetry, statements - a mixture of serious and humorous.

Toastmaster will also collaborate with the "Animal", creating sound in the main entrance, announcing the reasons for the sound currently playing. These can be about the day's schedule, about historical events that have occurred this day, or sometimes just the weather.
